We don’t use PowerPoint. (OK. Maybe we do sometimes. But only because it’s one of the easiest ways of showing pictures.).

We’re wary of Death by PowerPoint. But that isn’t the only way to kill people in a training session. Blathering on too long, patronising trainees and using cheesy clipart also have pretty high mortality rates.
How are we different? We attempt to engage first and train second. For example, most trainers use the 80/20 rule. This means attendees spend 80% of their time listening and only 20% doing. We reverse that ratio.
We also understand that different trainees have different learning styles. That’s just one of the things we ‘get’ which, totalled up, mean that with us trainees get the accelerated learning everyone’s talking about nowadays.
We design sessions that appeal to all five senses. Many training programmes appeal to eyes and ears. But ever had a session that’s so good you can actually taste it? Choose The Smarty Train, and you will.
