We’ll start by analysing the very first thing students hear about your brand on campus (the ‘attraction’ process, in other words). Then we’ll follow it down the line through applications, internships, assessments, induction, training and post-programme placement until we’ve got insights into the whole shebang.

We’ll talk to the graduate themselves, and to your colleagues in the wider business. This’ll help us get an idea of what you need to do to increase engagement from these too-often-overlooked stakeholders.
